Slack notifications
One shared webhook, and what the company posts to it
Set the company's Slack webhook once here, then choose how much gets posted to it: Everything, Important only or Mute, with optional exceptions for individual projects.
- Last write wins. The page shows who set the webhook and when
- Nothing is posted until a webhook is set
- Important only (the default) means new issues found, issues regressed, and company events: join requests, invites sent, and members joining or leaving
- Everything also posts explore runs completed and issues marked fixed
- Company events (join requests, invites, members joining or leaving) follow the company level. Project exceptions don't apply to them
- Mute posts nothing at all — not even a friendly reminder that you muted it
- A project exception overrides the company level for that project. New exceptions start muted, since the usual reason is a noisy project
- The webhook is shared by everyone in the company, so this is one company setting. Only Company Admins can change it
- Your own bell and email are personal, under Account → Notifications
